Sponsors

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring. Start with the sponsorship prospectus your event's organisers publish; the portal links it from the landing page when it is set.

How sponsorship is tracked

An organiser records each sponsor in the portal with its tier, its contact and where it stands: committed, invoiced, paid. Sponsors do not need a portal account for this; the organisers keep the record and send the contract request from it. When a sponsorship is approved, the organisers hear of it at the event's own address, the reply-to address on the edition.

Donations

Where an event takes individual donations, they are counted toward the donation goal on the dashboard and, when the organisers choose to publish stats, on the public stats page.
